What is this?

Kodi™ (formerly known as XBMC™) is an award-winning free and open source (GPL) software media center for playing videos, music, pictures, games, and more. Kodi runs on Linux, OS X, Windows, iOS, and Android, featuring a 10-foot user interface for use with televisions and remote controls. It allows users to play and view most videos, music, podcasts, and other digital media files from local and network storage media and the internet.

Requirements

Installation with Kodi (not available, waiting for addon approving)

  • Run your XBMC player
  • Choose System -> Add-ons -> Get Add-ons -> Kodi Add-on repository -> Video Add-ons
  • Find boxopus.com addon
  • Click Configure button and paste XBMC token from Boxopus profile (Account Settings -> Account tab -> XBMC token)
  • After addon configuration click Install

Installation with ZIP

  • Download addon source code
  • Run your XBMC player
  • Choose System -> Add-ons -> Install from zip file
  • Point to downloaded addon archive

After installation you can watch your movies and tv-series in Kodi's videos section, listen music in Kodi's music section and view images in pictures section

Addon configuration

If you miss configuration step or see "XBMC token is required" error you need to provide XBMC token in addon settings

  • XBMC token can be found in you Boxopus profile (Account Settings -> Account tab -> XBMC token field)
  • Go to System -> Add-ons -> Enabled Add-ons -> Video Add-ons
  • Click on boxopus.com and then click Configure
  • Enter XBMC token
